Pearl Harbor Day Ceremony to Honor Five Local Survivors What: Memorial for Pearl Harbor Attack When: Tuesday, December 7, 20109:00 a.m. Where: Joseph E. Zaloga American Legion Post 4 Everett Road, Albany A ceremony to memorialize those who served in Pearl Harbor will be held on Tuesday, December 7th at 9:00 a.m. at the Joseph E. Zaloga American Legion Post at 4 Everett Road in Albany. Five local Pearl Harbor survivors will be honored by County Executive Mike Breslin and Albany Mayor Gerald Jennings. A presentation of colors will be made by the USS Slater Color Guard and taps will be played by Commander Steve Stella of the Albany Police
