COHOES-- After the Cohoes Police Department discovered two Facebook accounts that made Cohoes High School students subject of vicious gossip, Albany County's new Cyber-bullying Law could be put to the test.
The two Facebook pages, "Cohoes Flame" and "Cohoes Tramp," that stirred up all the controversy have since been removed from the networking site.
Police are trying to track down the Facebook Culprit who could be the first person charged under Albany County's Cyber-bullying law.
If police can prove a current student was behind the Facebook bullying page, the superintendent says the district will have to look at its code of conduct to determine how to punish that student.
